Tracking Food

Do you know how much food you consume each day?  Is there a certain website or app that you use to help you keep track? 

If you have a phone there is an app called myfitnesspal that I use or you can go to the website www.myfitnesspal.com .  The only thing I recommend is you figure out how many calories you should consume and adjust it. 

I went to www.freedieting.com to check out my calorie intake!!  Please don't eat under 1200 calories, you need to fuel your body!!  Fill your tummy with the healthy stuff and cut out processed foods!
